Who We Are: Jeff Baker & Sons LLC (JB&S) is a trusted landscaping and handyman service company serving over 1,000 residential customers in West and South County, St. Louis, MO. Founded in 2004 by Jeff Baker, we’re growing with 55+ crew leaders and expanding our services, including leaf removal, mulch installation, landscape design, retaining walls, patios, and handyman repairs.

We’re Recruiting:

• Start Date: Now through Summer 2025 (flexible onboarding).
• Positions: Part-time (10-20 hours/week) with potential for full-time; 1099 subcontractor or employee options available.
• Location: near Ballwin, MO (fieldwork or remote office roles).

Open Positions

1. Landscaping Crew Leaders & Contractors
   • Tasks: Lead crews in maintenance (mulch, leaf removal, shrub trimming) or design/construction (retaining walls, patios).
   • Requirements: 1,000+ hours of landscaping experience; vehicle required for job site visits.
   • Hours: Flexible, weekdays 8 AM–6 PM, some weekends.

1. Mobile Landscaping Production Managers
   • Tasks: Manage crews, schedule jobs, order materials, and promote services (e.g., mole control campaigns, door-to-door flyering).
   • Requirements: 5-10 years of landscaping experience; willingness to learn mole control techniques and make sales calls (training provided).
   • Hours: Flexible, weekdays 8 AM–6 PM, some weekends.

1. Work-from-Home Office Managers
   • Roles Available: General Office Manager, Current Customers Marketing Manager, Invoices & Crew Payments Manager, Word-of-Mouth Marketer.
   • Tasks: Handle customer inquiries, invoicing, payments, or marketing efforts remotely.
   • Requirements: Strong communication and organizational skills; landscaping knowledge a plus.
