Founded in 2004 by Jeff Baker, we've built a reputation for quality work, reliability, and great customer relationships.
Our growing team of 55+ crew leaders provides a full range of services including leaf removal, mulch installation, landscape design, retaining walls, patios, and handyman repairs.
Open Positions
Landscaping Crew Leaders & Contractors

Lead crews in maintenance like mulch, leaf removal, shrub trimming, or design/build projects like retaining walls and patios.

Requirement: 1,000+ hours landscaping experience, vehicle required.

Hours: Flexible, weekdays 8 AM–6 PM, some weekends.
Mobile Landscaping Production Managers

Manage crews, schedule jobs, order materials, promote services.

Requirement: 5–10 years landscaping experience, willingness to learn mole control techniques and sales calls, training provided.

Hours: Flexible, weekdays 8 AM–6 PM, some weekends.
Work-from-Home Office Managers

Roles include General Office Manager, Current Customers Marketing Manager, Invoices & Crew Payments Manager, Word-of-Mouth Marketer.

Handle inquiries, invoicing, payments, or marketing remotely.

Requirement: Strong communication and organization, landscaping knowledge a plus.

Landscaping or related experience preferred. Field and remote roles available.
Reliable Transportation
A dependable vehicle is required for most field positions.
